Michael A. Mayhall
Mr. Michael A. Mayhall, a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, graduated from Loyola Law School in New Orleans in 1976 and was admitted to the Louisiana Bar that same year. While in law school he was a member of the Loyola Law Review. After law school Mr. Mayhall earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University and worked as trial counsel for the office of District Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service from 1976 through 1979. Mr. Mayhall is a Board Certified Tax Law specialist certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization, who practices in the areas of federal, state, and local taxation.
